XPR_2 Roller Press

Moreover XPR_2 is equipped with:
• independent motors on each pressing roller the best precision in rotation without vibration and troubling noises;
• pressing rollers covered with EDPM rubber;
• pneumatic pressure system;
• electronic variable speed;
• infeed and outfeed free rollers;
• parallelism regulation between rollers;
• electric system based on high quality components;
• safety and protection devices in according to CE norms.

On request, the XPR_2 can be provided of:
• motorised infeed and outfeed rollers;
• motorised thickness adjustment;
• automatic thickness positioner;
• pressing rollers chromium plated.

The XPR_2 is produced in standard dimensions of 1.400, 1.700 and 2.100mm but, on request, OMMA realizes it in configuration and width demanded by the customer.

Rollers press with double section XPR_2 is OMMA’s answer to all demands for heavier pressing.

During modern gluing processes based on Hot Melt glues, especially with reactive polyurethane (HMPUR), XPR_2 is often employed in working production of large panels with high thickness and weight.
Compared to its little sister PR, it has a stronger and more solid structure, increased diameter of the rolls and a double pressing section.
Each one of the pressing sections can be independently adjusted with different thrust.
