SP_1

On request, SP-1 can be equipped with:
• motorised and lowerable rolls connection to the glue spreader;
• wheels for track;
• cleaning device for thin plates (like plastic laminates);
• brushes for edge cleaning;
• motorised thickness adjustment;
• electronic variable working speed;
• electronic device to eliminate electrostatic charges;
• cleaning brushes for specific request;

The SP-1 is produced in standard dimensions of 1.400 and 1.700mm but, on request, OMMA realizes it in configuration and width demanded by the customer.

Brushing operation is also strictly recommended during HOT-MELT process.

The double side brushing machine OMMA SP-1 allows removal of dust, particles, chips and similar deposits on flat surfaces raw, lacquered or laminated.

This important working is often ignored also by the woodworking specialists, but it’s the fundamental to obtain lasting gluing, perfect glue application directly on the substrates, without materials coming from previous working.

Moreover panels’ brushing operation allows a higher duration of the glue on the rollers, because they are not contaminated by any residuals.
The opportunity to select the most suitable brush for each substrate ensures excellent results for all finished surfaces.

This brushing unit is used to clean elements before they have glue applied using a roller applicator, this unit is used with hot melt roller applicators as well as traditional resin and water based roll application for wood based products.
