PR Roller Press

Main characteristics of the PR are:
• rollers driven by motor with variable speed and chain;
• pressing rollers covered with EDPM rubber;
• pneumatic pressure system;
• infeed and outfeed free rollers;
• parallelism regulation between rollers;
• electric system based on high quality components;
• safety and protection devices in according to CE norms.

On request, PR rollers press can be equipped with:
• electronic variable speed;
• motorised infeed and outfeed rollers;
• motorised thickness adjustment;
• automatic thickness positioner;
• wheels on track;
• pressing rollers chromium plated;
• other options demanded by the customer.

The PR is produced in standard dimensions of 1.400 and 1.700mm.

PR model is the base of OMMA production concerning rollers presses.

Simple and versatile machine, but at the same time strong and reliable, it is normally used in all those applications where pressing requests are not so high.

In fact, in modern gluing processes based on Hot Melt glues, especially with reactive polyurethane (HMPUR), a roller press replaces in a good way the voluminous and expensive flat presses.

Wherever is possible, this kind of pressing system allows a continuous production, without the inevitable stops due to the time curing of water based or solvent based glues, with enormous advantages in optimization and timing working.
