Belt Press

Especially realized for linear compression of sponges and soft materials, OMMA realizes a BELT PRESS by means of that the pressing force is applied in continuous.

It’s composed of 2 plans of rolls covered by a motorised belt, that provide to press soft materials during passage.

Top belt, equipped with a motorised thickness adjustment, can be positioned on working height desired.
Each belt has own independent motorisation.

The BELT PRESS is produced with length of 3.000mm and widths of 1.400, 1.700 and 2.200mm but, on request, OMMA realizes it in configuration and width demanded by the customer.
